	Sat 11 Feb 2012 the ice was too thick and sailing cancelled! No cruelty to this animal was involved during testing of the ice. Tea and biscuits from John's surplus may have helped

our BMYC 8 Foot rescue dinghy has been stolen Sat 22 Oct during the night Please keep a look out for it We need it back!	Our 'NEW' Dinghy WILL BE chained at ALL TIMES

Parking arrangements are shared; please remember we are the last to join! We need to settle in with the utmost dignity! When parking is full, please unload at SSC gate and park in Melrose Avenue. Apologies to residents!

We welcome visitors and potential new members to sail with us, 2:00 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (subject to pool availability. Please see SSC events hyperlink above) . Currently we have One Metre, Laser, Footie & Micro-Magic's, RG 75 boats, Victoria's and some other good looking models like Malcolm's Catamaran!. Our water is deep and no weeds! So what have you to sail R/C? Have you seen Brian's Submarine and steam boats!

Juniors are welcome and need to wear a lifejacket at all times when near the water.

Please arrange with us for Key access to SSC and check our hosts website events list for special days when arrangements will have been made for safe sharing of our lake and clubhouse galley.

There is a heated club house with a full view of the lake, Galley facilities. Showers and toilets. Also facilities for wheelchairs.. bring your sandwiches etc.
